Ascend Ararat
Bounce up the ledges of Mount Ararat — the climber jumps on its own, you only steer. Orchards give way to bare rock, the cloud band, snowfields, and finally starlight, with Noah’s Ark waiting at 5,137 meters. Ice cracks after one bounce, clouds drift sideways, and geyser springs throw you half a screen higher. Ascend Ararat is a free browser vertical jumping game: no download, no account — two keys or one thumb, and you are climbing.
How to play
- Your climber bounces off every ledge automatically — you steer left and right in the air.
- Steer off one edge of the screen and you come back on the other. The camera only climbs: fall below it and the run ends.
- Stone holds forever, ice crumbles after one bounce, clouds drift sideways, and geyser springs launch you sky-high. Altitude in meters is your score.

The mountain on the horizon
Mount Ararat rises 5,137 meters — high enough that its snowcap hangs over Yerevan’s horizon like a second sky. Armenians call the greater peak Masis and the lesser one Sis; the Armenian title of this game, «Դեպի Մասիս», means “toward Masis.” The mountain stands in present-day Turkey, just across the border, yet it anchors Armenian identity so firmly that it appears on the country’s coat of arms — with Noah’s Ark resting on its peak.
The Ark is the summit’s oldest legend: the Book of Genesis sets the vessel down “on the mountains of Ararat” as the flood withdraws, and tradition long ago settled it on this one. Climb past the orchards, the bare rock, and the snowfields, and you will find it waiting where the stars begin.

What is at the top of Ascend Ararat?
